Vegetable Fried Rice imported from Recipe Import
In a small bowl, dissolve stir-fry seasoning packet in water; set aside.
Place frozen vegetables in microwave-safe bowl, cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave on HIGH for 6 minutes.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. In a small bowl lightly beat an egg. When oil is hot, poor egg into skillet and scramble using a spatula.
Add crumbled bacon, rice, and cooked vegetables. Stir to combine thoroughly. Add seasoning mixture to skillet and stir until combined.
Cook until rice is warmed through. (about 4-5 minutes)
