Stuffed Shells imported from Recipe Import

Ingredients

10 oz
spinach
16 oz
cottage cheese
1 c
mozzarella grated cheese
1  
egg white
2  
tomato
1 pk
Italian dressing mix
1 cn
spaghetti sauce
20  
macaroni shells
1⁄4  
red bell pepper

Instructions

Thaw and drain spinach.

Cook macaroni shells, drain, and cool.

Heat oven to 400 degrees.

Mix spinach, cottage cheese, 1/2 cup mozarella, chopped red pepper, egg white, and dressing mix until well blended. Spoon into shells, adding about 1 heaping Tbsp. to each shell.

Spread half of sauce in bottom of 13 x 9 baking dish. Arrange shells, filled side up, in baking dish. Top with remaining sauce and cheese. Cover with foil.

Bake 40 minutes or until heated through, removing foil after 30 minutes.
