Ingredients

1⁄2 lb
ham
1⁄2 lb
provolone cheese
3⁄4 lb
sausage
1  
green bell pepper
1  
onion
1  
tomato
1⁄4 c
pepperoni
6 oz
mozarella cheese

Instructions

Buy frozen bread dough, thaw the dough overnight in the refrigerator.

Knead the dough and spread some flour on the working area. Roll the dough into an 11"x20" rectangle shape. Heat the pepper and onion together in margarine until soft and drain the liquid.

Layer the ingredients in the following order:
spread a thin layer of mustard down the middle of the dough
ham
provolone cheese
sausage
pepper and onion
tomato
pepperoni
mozzarella

Make sure your fingers have plenty of flour on them. start at one end and enclose the ingredients by folding and forming the excess dough into a loaf. Patch any areas with extra dough from ends. Carefully place on a greased cookie sheet. Coat with egg white and sprinkle with Italian seasoning. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
