Ingredients

artichoke hearts
1 pk
frozen spinach
1⁄2 c
mayonnaise
1 c
parmesan cheese
1 c
monterey jack cheese
1 c
sour cream
8 oz
cream cheese
1 pk
crackers

Instructions

Thaw and drain frozen spinach.
Drain canned artichoke hearts.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Chop the artichokes.
Blend the spinach, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, sour cream, and cream cheese.
Stir in artichokes and place mixture in a greased baking dish.
Bake for 20-30 minutes until golden brown.
Serve warm with crackers.
