Roasted Red Potatoes with Bacon and Cheese imported from Recipe Import

Ingredients

2 lb
red potato
1⁄2 c
Ranch dressing
1⁄2 c
cheddar cheese
1⁄4 c
bacon bits
1 T
parsley

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375-400 degrees

Mix dressing, cheese, bacon bits

Add quartered potatoes

Spoon into lightly greased baking dish

Bake covered with foil for 40 minutes

Remove foil and bake for additional 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender

Garnish with parsley
