Pork Chop Stuffing Bake imported from Recipe Import

Ingredients

1 pk
stuffing mix
1 1⁄2 lb
pork chop
1 cn
cream of mushroom soup
1⁄2
onion
1⁄2 t
thyme
1⁄2 c
cheddar cheese

Instructions

Heat oven to 350 degrees.

Prepare stuffing mix as directed on package.

Chop onion.

Heat large ovenproof nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add pork chops and cook for 4 minutes on each side or until browned.

Mix soup, onions and thyme. Spoon over chops. Top with stuffing. Sprinkle with cheese.

Bake 20-30 minutes or until chops are done (160 degrees)

Notes

If your skillet handle is not heat resistant, wrap it with several layers of foil before placing in the oven.
