Baked Beef Spaghetti imported from Recipe Import

Ingredients

1 c
onion
1 c
green pepper
1 T
butter
1 cn
diced tomatoes
1 cn
mushrooms
1 cn
black olives
1 lb
ground beef
12 oz
spaghetti
2 c
cheddar cheese
1 cn
cream of mushroom soup
1⁄4 c
water
1⁄4 c
parmesan cheese

Instructions

In a large skillet saute' onion and green pepper in butter until tender. Add tomatoes, mushrooms, olives, and browned ground beef. Simmer uncovered for 10 minutes.

Place half of the spaghetti in a greased 9 x 13 dish. Top with half of the vegetable/beef mixture. Sprinkle with 1 cup of cheddar cheese. Repeat layers.

Mix the soup and water until smooth; pour over casserole. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until heated through.
