Ingredients

egg
3⁄4 c
milk
1 T
sugar
1⁄4 t
vanilla extract
1⁄8 t
salt
8 sli
french bread
1 ds
cinnamon

Instructions

1. Beat eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, and salt with hand beater until smooth.

2. Heat griddle or skillet over medium-low heat or to 375 degrees. Grease griddle with margarine if necessary.

3. Dip bread into egg mixture. Place on griddle. Cook about 4 minutes on each side or until golden brown.

4. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Serve with syrup.
