Ingredients

1⁄2 c
butter
3⁄4 c
peanut butter

Nilla wafers
2 c
powdered sugar
4 oz
cool whip

Baker's semi-sweet chocolate

Instructions

Line 8 inch square pan with aluminum foil extending over the sides.

Beat butter and peanut butter with mixer until blended. Add wafer crumbs and mix well. Gradually beat in sugar. Press onto bottom of pan.

Microwave chocolate and Cool Whip for 1 minute. Stir, microwave an additional 15-30 seconds if needed to melt chocolate. Stir until well blended. Spread over peanut butter layer.

Refrigerate 2 hours. Use foil handles to lift dessert from square pan before cutting. Cut into 25 squares.

Notes

Make ahead: store in freezer in air tight container for up to 1 month. Thaw in refrigerator before serving.
